Great job at the workout, Jen!
Last night was my first real speed session. We had done some tempos & mile repeats in the weeks leading up to it. I was not feeling particularly fast but tempos & mile repeats are my nemesis. Give me 20 x 200s with no rest and I’m a happy girl. If you’ve been following my ankle injury then you know I worked hard on all the things I could do with just as much enthusiasm. If you can’t use your legs…can you focus on core & upper body? And lets not forget the mental aspect. I read a ton of books while injured. So last nights speed session with @centralparktc was worthy of a #fastfriday post that happened on a Thursday night. Can’t wait for the next workout @nbrunning 💪🏻
