CPTC Zero Tolerance Policy

In 2009, the CPTC Executive Board officially adopted a Zero Tolerance Policy towards the use of Performance Enhancing Drugs. The Policy has the following resolutions:

  • That CPTC officially support and adopt the USATF Zero Tolerance Policy;
  • That members be banned from CPTC during any ban imposed by USATF or any similar governing body; and
  • That readmission of formerly banned members be conditional on CPTC board review and approval.

The Central Park Track Club will not tolerate performance enhancing drug use and will do everything in its power to eliminate the use of performance enhancing drugs from the great sport of road running and track and field.
