An invitation to the first annual WeRun2Win Peak Performance Adult Running Camp in Northern Vermont in July 2010 . . .

A message from Rick Bonnette:
856.577.6462

“I would like to invite CPTC members to our first annual WeRun2Win Peak Performance Adult Running Camp in Northern Vermont in July 2010. We are holding three sessions: three-day weekend July 9-11, full week July 11-16, and three-day weekend July 16-18.

In Northern Vermont the weather, air quality, terrain, and trails make it a runner’s paradise. Our wonderful staff of accomplished runners will guide you throughout camp as you run, bike, hike, and kayak. This training will also be complemented with sessions on yoga, Pilates, and sports psychology. In addition, the training will have an individualized component designed to make you run faster and achieve your peak performance.

We encourage everyone to come to camp with friends, family, colleagues, and anyone else. You can make your time with us a vacation. You will have free time during camp to explore Vermont and nearby towns in Canada. We will also have fun activities planned for the campers such as a wine tasting.

Serious runners come in all shape, sizes and ages but rest assured there are no “casual” runners. Whether it’s for a weekend road race or the New York Marathon, the serious runner makes time to train. We propose to make the time worth it- in every sense. We hope that some CPTC members attend our camp and we will offer a discounted camp fee to those who attend camp together. Please visit our website at www.werun2win.com for more information.”
