CPTC had a small, but nice showing at the 25th annual Lincoln Tunnel Challenge 5K in Weehawken, NJ. Larry Kellogg finished in 20:55 @ 6:44 pace. It was a PR by 22 seconds. John Zuehlke finished in 20:14 @ 6:31 pace and enjoyed a big 47 second PR. John Ferris finished in 18:01 @ 5:48, a good showing considering this is his first race since December. I finished in 16:39 @ 5:21 pace. It’s a 10 second PR for me. I also finished 3rd overall and 1st in my age group. It was a good day for CPTC. The link to the results are below:

Here’s the first installment of indoor lists for age-grade and IAAF points. As always, only your best result is listed. Generally, the lists are Top Twenty unless more than twenty competitors have produced a performance of 80.00% age-grade and higher or 800 IAAF points and higher. In that case, all the athletes matching or exceeding those levels will be listed. Currently, five runners have eclipsed 1000 IAAF points, with Dustin Emrani’s 1107 leading the way. Additionally, Lisa Daley’s 968 points tops the five masters who have earned a spot on the IAAF lists.
